Astronaut Chris Hadfield talks about the excitement and challenges of photographing Earth from the ISS



Canadien Astronaut Chris Hadfield has captured some of the most incredible images of Earth while aboard his multiple missions to the International Space Station. From 268 miles above the Earth’s surface, he captures the lively textures and scenes that our Blue Marble has to offer, all while traveling just shy of five miles per second.
